Over 74,880 hours of research, coding, testing, and re-coding followed before the first production-ready version of conversational intelligence — SAM HQ — was delivered in late 2019. To train and test the models with precision, the team built a full suite of essential business applications, generating their own real-world data from a live global user base rather than relying on synthetic datasets.
That relentless pursuit of accuracy led to breakthroughs the industry had not seen.
