Jeremy Schrage

ADVISOR – GROWTH HACKING

 

Jeremy Scharage is on SAM’s advisory board. He is based in New York City and is a Managing Director at Oakview Advisors where he focuses on M&A and capital markets in the technology sector.

Prior to joining Oakview, Jeremy created and managed a portfolio of mobile app investments that returned over 175% in two years by completing 16 transactions. He also co-founded GoFastCab, a start-up in the on-demand transportation sector. Jeremy raised capital and expanded service to 18 metros, eventually selling to Total Transit, Inc. and merging into Veyo Logistics.

Jeremy began his career at VC-backed start-ups and smaller firms that were acquired by Ericsson, Nokia, and Bosch. Over the course of a decade, Jeremy helped commercialize products in the automotive, networking, printing, and mobile industries. He has two patents in mobile telecommunications. Jeremy rose to a technology leadership position at QUALCOMM, where he hired, trained and led a 20-person global team to support mobile device manufacturers such as Samsung, LG, and Motorola. Jeremy holds a B.S. in Physics from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Jeremy lives in the financial district of downtown Manhattan and enjoys rock climbing and chess in his spare time.
